i'm looking for a tortoise

I have been in the process of looking/ researching for a tortoise. I'm looking for a tortoise less than 14 inches does anyone breed tortoises or know of someone who does. I'm looking to get one in May, June, or July and maybe August so if anyone knows, that would be wonderful Smiley
