im gettin an amazon tree boa at the end of the month
the viv is ready and waiting for him
just wondered if any one had any experiences with them they would like to share and maybe a few pics too.

Well, I hope you like getting bitten!  ATB's are quite reknowned for being the nippy sort.  They get used to be handled as do most snakes, but these will not hesitate to snap at your fingers should they get a chance!

well i got my ATB home to day his ace but like Simon said i had better get used to being bitten cos he was home 5 min and bit me twice but that's the price for our passion
will post some more pics in a few days when he is settled

i did get to feed him today its was weird feeding somert so small to a snake cos my boa takes large rats and the atb is on pinkies

I love feeding Aboreal or semi-aboreal snakes.  They are just so strong!

tried to get him out today but was a weenier and bottled it then got some gloves on and got him out but he kept striking so not sure wot to do is it the heat from my hands
im gonna perceiver and bitten to s*it probably
but im gonna go for it tomoz probably (haha)
it weird i was never nervious with my other snakes

I’ve been at a family dinner were I have sat quietly squeezing out broken off teeth out of my hands for the evening because of animals like that.  Wink
