I read that a Sicariidae violin spiders can live for about 15 years in ideal conditions but usually live only 1 to 3 years. A well-nourished spider can live for a year without food or water.

   1 year is sure hell of a long time  !!

  Any one know any other spider or reptiles can beat this record ?

My Hadogenes paucidens didnt eat for over a year after I got him and was still fine. I finally got him eatening but he will only eat mealies, the rest of my scorps eat crickets.
