Does he keep getting up there by himself?  How old is he?  Reviewing your other posts it seems as though he is brumating, although... if he is, I am not sure if he would be climbing.

hi. he is 3 years old approx. i have been putting him back on his branches and if he falls off he doesnt seem to have the strength to get back up so he comes to the glass front of the viv and stays there until i put him back up. when i take him out of the viv he would usually struggle with me until he gets a grip on me but recently he just doesnt move at all he just lies there until iput him on me and just stays on me without jumping off or climbing up me. he has not eaten before for days but he would still manage to climb his branches or struggle with me when taking him out of the viv. he has always been a lazy lizard and likes to be hand fed and he doesnt use his water bowl i always have to spray him and he opens his mouth to drink, he just dont seem right at the moment

Sounds like brumation.  They'll get like this whilst the weather gets colder.  Keep hand feeding ad get an oral syringe.  If you are worried about protein intake mix up the food in a blender and feed that way.  Then they are getting all the nutrients and water intake.  If you don't want to do that, feed them babyfood as it's got everything they need.

Don't keep putting him up on the branches.  If he cant et up there by himself because he's weak, the chances are he will fall off. And if he does, he may get hurt and you'll blame yourself.  Let him go where he wants to go.

Always remember that Dragon species are usually quite good at hiding symptoms until it's too late.  If you are worried, take him to the vet or get a facal sample examined for internal parasites.

Hope this helps.
