Very nice.

Do you know how old?  Are you planning on breeding them at all?

Everyone is entitled to their own oppinion but I assume you bought your reptiles from somewhere.
And to be honest what to you propose if there were no breeders the sale of wild caught animals?? or maybe no one should be allowed to keep reps apart from the people who already have them. As a reptile keeper yourself you statement makes no sense. I am based in the UK. It is only been over the last couple of years that there has started to be enough breeders in the UK to reduce the number of reptile shops importing wild caught animals.
So all though I do breed for money its also my passion and stops the distruction of the wild do you know what happens when Royal Ball Pythons are wild caught. It helps to stop the wipe out of reptiles in there natural environment and means people ca n buy quality captive breed repiles with out all the heath and other problems that often occur with wild caught

Well we all know very few boas are imported. Only the very rare, darker type. This opbviously arnt the darker type. All to often, I see people getting rid of animals and their isnt to many people qwho want them. All to soon, we are going to have a over population of cative bred reptiles.

If the snake market is not saturated I think that to breed is a good thing as it keeps the price reasonable and stops the wild trade.

In the uk the snake market is not saturated. As I said in my previous post it is only in the last few years enough people breeding in the UK to enable reptile shops to stop stocking WC or CF. Some reptile shops still trade in WC and CF in the UK. I personally do not even visit a shop that I know stocks WC as they are in the trade for the money and not the love. How else can they explain stocking WC animals other then they are cheaper to buy then captive breed.  Boas ae still imported into the UK. In fact all types of reptile are as the hobby is really taking off in the UK.
