I would just like to correct you ReptileMan27... mealworms should not be feed to a bearded dragon even if they are adults. If you have to choose between Superworms or Mealworms choose Superworms * note neither of these food items should be feed to a dragon under 12 inch's* the reason you should choose a superworm over a mealworms is because a superworm has a higher meat to chitin ratio, which means it is less likely to cause impaction.

I would have to disagree with that, I know people who feed their beardys mealies all the time for years without any problems, I fed both my beardys mealies also without problems

. I wouldnt reccomend them as a staple for beardies because beardys really need a varied diet but never seen or heard of any problems with feeding mealies to beardys

Sounds like another one of the great mealie myths
