To Breed or not to breed

OOkay well ive been sitting around and thinking for awhile and it has come the time to decide should i breed my 2 red sliders so what do you think i should do mine are around 5-6 years old and they are in great health and the mail seems interested in mating (he does this weird thing with vibrating his claws) and if yes then some tips would help

I saw Give Er'.....breeding any reptile is a great and rewarding experience.

I say go for it, If you want check your local bookstore/pet store to see if they have books on breeding turtles. Those have some good info, As for what I know is put them in the same tank but watch them. The male may want to breed but the female may not want to.

Dont do it. THeir are way to many people breeding red eared sliders and im sick of it. Zoo's, reptile rescue senters and lakes that are not home to them are packed with these animals. People buy them as babies and they are not informed corectly or just plain ignorant about the fact that they get a foot long. DONT BREED THEM Angry

well if he wants to breed them he can but now that I know that i makes it kinda iffy to breed or not.
