　　两家中国互联网公司本周三在美国首次公然募股(IPO )市场大获全胜：在线视频网站优酷网力压群雄，上市当天收盘价为33.44美元，较12.8美元的发行价狂涨160%，成为2005年百度之后美国上市首日涨幅最大的新股。
　　而网上书店当当网首日上市收盘价为29.91美元，较发行价上涨86.94%。“海内B2C第一股”麦考林的砸盘式遭受，并未对优酷和当当造成负面影响。
　　Harris PrivateBank银行首席投资官杰克·爱博林表示，两家公司的IPO代表了“中国与互联网的一次会见，每个投资者都会奔这一主题而去”。
　　“中国+互联网”概念再度暴发
　　当当网上市首日跳空高开，开盘价24 .5美元，较发行价大涨53%，最后以29.91美元收盘；按当当网总股本7791.08万股盘算，市值超过23亿美元。当当网CEO李国庆持股38 .9%，其夫人俞渝持股4.9%。上市后，李国庆夫妇身家过10亿美元。

　　事实上，李国庆已经感触到来自资本市场的利润压力。他在接收媒体采访时说，“我留神到美国的资本市场的投资经理们，对盈利看得那么重，对高增加背地的盈利看得很主要。”

　　有意思的是，优酷的老对手土豆网也打算通过IPO在美国市场上筹集最多1.2亿美元资金。土豆网表示，将来召募资金用于拓展网络带宽和进级本身技巧，以便与优酷网开展竞争。
