Nice, mine shoots 800 FPS, I am getting a break barrel rifle this spring and that shoots 1000 FPS .

I live in NY, Im not sure what exact model im getting but will be made by daisy like my other ones are, maybe even crossman but I like daisy products better.

sweet so why an air rifle not a proper rifle or somert tht realy packs a punch like a  m16 or a barrett 50 cal which id love to have

Well first real guns can only be really shot at rifle ranges, plus they cost alot more to buy and shoot. Automatic weapons are illegal to keep here, so an M16 would be illegal unless it was semi auto, I have shoot semi auto AR15s and AKs, their awesome but expensive . I like that I can go outside and shoot my BB gun if im careful

Gun laws for guns besides shotguns and rifles are very strict here, you can buy a shotgun at 18 years of age or older here. Pistols however you need a special permit which isnt easy to get or you can have a pistol on your bage, if your a cop or corrections officer, my brother is a corrections officer and has his glock under his bage, but if he looses his job he will have to give up his glock unless he gets a pistol permit. Gun laws keep getting stricter here and for good reasons, more people are shot and killed here in the US then anywhere else in the world.
